Account Types; remove "Show Broker Information?" option

The "Show Broker Information?" on Account Types, Other page, has been removed.

Instead finPOWER Connect checks to see if there are any active Brokers, and if so shows the Broker fields on the New Account and Account Quotation wizards. The fields are shown on the Account form if there are active Brokers or the Account has a Broker defined.

Note, the following changes have been made to the Business Layer:

finAccount.ShowBrokerInformation property has been obsoleted.
finAccountRO.ShowBrokerInformation property has been obsoleted.

The following standard Summary Page blocks have been updated:

Account_Summary, version 1.06 on 31/03/2015.
AccountApp_AccountSummary, version 1.02 on 31/03/2015.
