The HtmlShowFunction Application Shortcut now supports a 'popup' Boolean parameter as per the HtmlShow Application Shortcut.

The finBL.CreateApplicationShortcutHtmlShowFunction method has been updated to accept 'popup' and 'popupStyle' parameters.
