Page Sets; Enhancements to better support icons with overlays

Icons within finPOWER Connect can consist of a main icon with an additional overlay.

The following changes have been made so that Page Sets can better display icons with overlays:

• Grids
• Setting the value of an Icon column in a grid displays the corresponding Icon in the grid cell. The value can now contain a comma and the value after the comma can be the name of a valid icon overlay, e.g., "Account,Add".
• Summary Pages (Version 2)
• A comma can now be used to specify an overlay, e.g., Icon|Client,Warning|This is Client 'C10000'|32
