Workflows; New functionality to retrieve object to use with a Document

A new GetSourceObjectForDocument method has been added to finWorkflowItem for use with the upcoming 'Version 2' type Workflows.

This method replaces the existing functionality used to determine the correct object to run against a Document and allows slightly more flexibility, e.g., a Workflow Item (via its SourcePk property) can define any Client to run against a Document (providing the Document is not an Account Document); not just a Client from the Workflow's Account.

NOTE: Account Documents can be sent to Clients providing the Client is one of the Account's Clients, e.g., the Account Advice VBA template handles this in its PrintAccountDocument function. In this instance, an Account Log is created and a link to the Client maintained via the Workflow Item.
