Workflows; Bank Account Enquiry functionality added

The following Workflow Item Types have been added:

• Bank Account Enquiry
• Initiates the Bank Enquiry Request.
• If 'Automatic' then this happens without User intervention providing a Service is specified.
• Bank Account Enquiry Review
• Can optionally specify a Decision Card.
• Cannot be automatic, User must always review and set an outcome.
