New Client wizard, Matches page; Show suburb instead of city for Australian databases

The list of possible Client matches displays details of the possible matches.

The City was one of the columns displayed on the matches grid.

This is fine for New Zealand databases but not for Australian databases.

Suburb is now displayed in the possible matches grid instead of City for Australian Databases.
