Two columns named 'Role'. Changed one to Account Role as per Clients grid on Account form.

A new column 'Refinanced' has been added to the Accounts grid.

If the Account creation method is 'Refinanced' then the refinanced from Account Id will be displayed.

This new column is hidden by default.
