Reports, Log Details reports and Log Lists; Groupings and Ranges revised

The ranges and groupings on the Log Details reports and the Log List reports have been revised.

1. Account Log details.
• Added [Defaults] to Branch range
• Entity range added
2. Account Log List.
• Added [Defaults] to Branch range
• Entity range and grouping added
• Range and grouping name 'Manager' changed to 'Account Manager'
3. Client Log List.
• Tax Categories grouping added
4. Security Statement Log Details and Security Statement Log List.
• Ranges have been split into Log and Security Statement ranges
• Branch range and grouping added
• Entity range and grouping added
5. Security Statement Item Log Details and Security Statement Item Log List.
• Ranges have been split into Log, Security Statement and Security Statement Item ranges.
• Branch range and grouping added
• Entity range and grouping added
• Security Item User Defined ranges and groupings added
6. User Log Details and User Log List.
• User Defined ranges added

Breaking Change: qryAccountLogList. The Account Log List grouping 'Manager' has been renamed to 'Account Manager' to be consistent with other Account reports. This will cause saved settings that use this grouping to error.
