Reporting; Main Details reports; Sub-report behavior changed

The behavior of sub-report sections on the following Details reports has been changed:

• Account Details
• Client Details
• Security Statement Details
• Workflow Details

The sub-report section will always display, even if there are no items to show, e.g., the Client Details, Contacts section will always show, even if the Client has no Contact Methods or Contact Addresses.

Since the user has opted to show a particular section, always showing it regardless makes more sense.

There are some exceptions to this rule, e.g., the Transactions section will not show for Quote Accounts since Quotes do not support Transactions.
