Client Groups, New Client Wizard page; New option to show/hide the Other Information page

A new checkbox 'Other Information' has been added to the New Client Wizard page of the Client Groups form.

If the option is checked to show the 'Other Information' page, then:
*The option to include the Tax Information will be enabled (the tax information is displayed on the 'Other Information' page)
*The Other Information page will be displayed on the New Client wizard
