Bank Transactions; new functions and properties added to maintain Processed External flags

New functions and properties have been added to maintain Processed External flags on the BankTransaction table.

There is a new property on the Business Layer, BankTransactionFunctions, and this includes functions UpdateProcessedExternal1 and UpdateProcessedExternal2 to update these flags.

On the finBankTransactionView object there are now properties for ProcessedExternal1 and ProcessedExternal2.
