Securities Register Add-On; New field added to the SecuredPartyGroup table

A new memo field 'ServiceDetails' has been added to the SecuredPartyGroup table.

The Service Details are used when running the Australian PPSR Grantor Advice.

The Service Details have been temporarily held in the 'Other' field on the SecuredPartyGroup table.

The Service Details will be moved to the new field when the Database Upgrade runs.
