PayTo Agreements; optimised code when cancelling PayTo Agreements
When closing an Account, finPOWER Connect will attempt to delete all Zepto (formerly Split Payments) and Monoova PayTo Agreements.
This may fail if the Account Close is in a database transaction - which registers a warning in the debug window. This does not cause an error and is safely ignored.
This process has been optimised to only do this process if the Account has PayTo Agreements with a Status of Active, Created, InProgress, Pending or Suspended.
Previously, this would always (even for NZ databases) unnecessarily reload the Account object.
