HTML Widgets; Account Incoming Payment Details control; "Lookup Banking Details" window now includes Active PayTo Agreements

The "Lookup Banking Details" window, accessed from the "Lookup" button in the Account Incoming Payment Details HTML Widget control will now list any Active PayTo Agreements for an Account. Previously, PayTo was only included if it was the current Incoming Payment configured against the Account. Now they are explicitly listed.

Note: A PayTo Agreement may be in the list twice if it is configured as the Incoming Payment for the Account. It will be firstly listed as the Incoming Payment, and then as an Active PayTo Agreement. This is expected behavior.
