Error Details
An unexpected response was received attempting to contact the PPSR: Forbidden (isfinSupport5 error -2147221504).
Possible causes of this error are:
1. Your Proxy Server, User Name or Password setting in finPOWER (under Tools, User Options, PPSR G2B tab) are incorrect.

Around the 20th September 2016 a change was made by the PPSR which caused this issue.
Windows 8 and later computers started producing this error. Note, from Windows 8.1 the TLS 1.2 protocol for Cryptographic Communication is ENABLED by default - and this seems to cause the problem.
Solution
- Disable the TLS 1.2 protocol
- Please contact your Dealer as they can supply a utility to disable the TLS 1.2 protocol.
