NEW: Reports; Purchase Order List, can now be filtered by Date Required
When printing Purchase Order List you can now filter by a Date Required range.
NEW: Stock Control; Stock dates, date restrictions added to calculate available quantity.

Internally when emPOWER calculates the available quantity of an Item it did not always apply the date of the transaction being created. This allowed an item to go out dated prior to the date it was brought in.
NEW: Export Transactions; Accounting Format, added filter to be able to select Other Party
When exporting Accounting transactions there is now an Other Parties filter available.
NEW: Report; Sales Order List, detail line description splits over multiple lines.
Long 'Item Descriptions' split over multiple lines in a very narrow field. This has been changed and the description field has been widened and limited to a single line.
FIX: Item, Location tab, after moving column locations the drilldown does not work as expected.
On the Item Location tab moving the columns causes the drilldown to open with unexpected results.
NEW: Reports; Admin Reports; Item List add additional checkbox for Active items only.
When printing an Item List there is a new option 'Exclude Inactive Items'. If selected, Inactive Items will be excluded from the report.
NEW: Purchase Order Search; Results grid does not include columns for activated UDF fields

FIX: AR/AP Recurring Invoice Batch; Invalid dates allowed.

With an AR/AP Recurring Invoice Batch where one or more lines are outside allowable dates commits without warning.
NEW: Commit Open transactions; new ability to filter on Line Location
When committing Open transactions there is now the ability to filter on Line Location. This applies to AP and AR transactions.
NEW: Invoice Search: New options to search by Location and Line Location.

FIX: Invoice entry; Changing other party does not change the location.
Within invoice entry, changing the other party may not always update the location field. This is dependent on other party setting and transaction type settings.
FIX: Invoice Enquiry; status wording not fully showing
On the Invoice Enquiry screen the status wording 'Partly Paid' may not fully show, once the screen is resized the wording appears as expected. This has been updated to ensure the wording appears when screen is opened.

FIX: AR Payment Run; Name/ Bank Reference truncates Supplier Payment Reference
When processing an AR Payment Run the Name/ Bank Reference field was truncated to 30 characters. This did not allow the full Reference held under Supplier's Payment Reference.
FIX: Stock Control; Adjustment, item look up not working when 'Allow multiple Location selection' ticked.
Processing Adjustments under Stock Control with 'Allow multiple Location selection' ticked and Global Option 'Enforce Item Location Settings' also ticked. The Item look up returns no records.
NEW: Startup/ Shutdown Bank Transaction alerts; new options to enable/ disable these alerts per user.
There are new options to enable/ disable Startup/ Shutdown Bank Transaction alerts, i.e. if there are Bank Direct Debits, Direct Credits and/ or Lodgements ready to export.
