Invoice entry; Changing other party does not change the location.

Within invoice entry, changing the other party may not always update the location field. This is dependent on other party setting and transaction type settings.

When changing the other party the location field will change to:
- Left blank if Transaction type 'Leave Location Blank' option selected.
- Transaction Type location
- Other Party location

This applies to all invoice entry screens, including Purchase Orders.
