Archiving Account; improved error message if dated after the Global Setting "Archive To" date

An Account may not be able to be archived and will report the message "Cannot archive Account as it is has Transactions dated after d/m/y".

This is due to one or more Transactions being dated after the "Archive To" date defined under Global Settings, Accounts group, General page.

Note, it is very important that Account Transactions are not omitted from Financial Reports. Once an Account is archived it will no longer appear in Financial Reports, i.e. Reports may be distorted. E.g., if an Account was Closed and Archived in January and a Financial summary is printed for the period including January, any transaction values for that Account will be missing. Therefore, this Global option prevents Accounts from being archived where financial information is still required. See KB Article 11266 for more information.

The error message now states "Account has Transactions dated after d/m/y. Accounts cannot be archived if Transactions are dated after the 'Archive To' date defined under Global Settings.".
