FIX: Transaction List Report; Created Date column not populated
The Created Date column in the Transaction List Report was not populated, ie printed nothing.
FIX: Tools, Global Settings; General, GL and Accounting page should not shown "Open" button next to Exempt Code
Under the Tools, Global Settings form, General, GL and Accounting page the Exempt Code should not include an "Open" button. It was also not showing the description of the Exempt code.
NEW: Report Templates; tooltip for Query updated
The tooltip on the Query page of Report Templates for additional fields has been updated. It now states "TaxNumber" instead of "GSTNumber" in the example.
FIX: Report Templates; Information List not defined for Category.
There was no Information List defined for Report Template Categories.
NEW: Global Settings; default "number of advance warning days" for Securities changed from 0 to 60
The default "number of advance warning days for Expiry and Review dates" under Global Settings, Securities, General page has been amended from 0 to 60.
FIX: Account; saving an Account now has a better error message if it fails whilst updating the Account Calculation table
Saving an Account now has a better error message if it fails whilst updating the Account Calculation table. It now notes that it failed to save the Account Calculation, not just that it failed to save the Account.
NEW: General Ledger Export; Entity now defines an optional Source to use in the export
An Entity now defines an optional Source to use in the GL Export. If not defined the Source falls back to the value "fin".
NEW: Various Admin forms' built-in summary scripts updated for compatibility with high DPI displays
The following Admin forms have had their various built-in Summary Page Scripts updated to work better with high DPI displays:
NEW: Documents; Open file now supports *.docx, *.docm and *.xlsx file extensions
When searching for Word files the file open dialog now supports *.doc, *.docx and *.dotm file extensions.
FIX: Grids; may display a blank grid but information in the summary pane
If a Grid includes a summary pane and a "Current Only" option, the following issue may occur.
FIX: Security Register Add-On; Security Type List report
The option to Order by 'Name' has been remove from the report. There is no Name column in the report.
FIX: Account List form; Product Type columns always displays blank
If you include the 'Product Type Id' column on the Account List form, it always displays blank.
NEW: Database; new facility to rebuild Database Indexes added
A new facility to rebuild Database Indexes has been added. At present this is only available for Microsoft SQL Server databases.
FIX: Account Quotation; after clicking Finish the wizard resets, but the Account Type is blank
If the first time through the Account Quotation wizard the Account Type is set to something, after clicking Finish the wizard resets, and the Account Type is blank.
NEW: Client Types; Organisations now define whether Industry Code is used for the Client Type
