Accounts form; Transactions page; Column totals are now hidden by default

Column totals on the Accounts form, Transactions page are now hidden by default since showing totals slows the display of this page considerably. A new 'Show/ Hide Totals' button below the grid allows the totals to be shown and saving the grid settings will retain the state of this button.
