Right-clicking in a TextBox or other control does not reposition insertion point

Right-clicking in a TextBox or other control (e.g., a ComboBox) does not reposition the insertion point.

On certain forms, e.g., Documents some controls allow right-clicking and inserting tags (e.g., [Client.Name]). These tags would be positioned at the current insertion point rather than the point at which the user had right-clicked the mouse.
