Accounts form; Transactions page; buttons not enabled if one row is selected

Many of the buttons beneath the Transactions grid on the Accounts form are only applicable to a single Transaction and therefore should only be enabled if a single item is selected.

A change to the system detailed in KB Article 9935 allowed multiple rows to be selected for certain actions, e.g., changing the User Flag colour.

Since this change, selecting a single row, i.e., clicking the row selector rather than just clicking a cell in the row, resulted in buttons that were applicable to a single Transaction still being disabled.
