Payment Arrangements; Promise Number calculate was doing a full calculation but not updating the wizard

The Account Payment Arrangement wizard, Add Promise facility was incorrectly adding promises and doing a full calculation when the Calculate button on the Number field was clicked. This resulted in subsequent Calculations including these Promises, but directly after clicking the Number calculate button the wizard was not updated.

This has been changed so that the Number field's calculate button does not add promises or do a full calculation. It only calculates the "Value" as Total divided by Number.

In addition a new "Clear" button has been added that allows the User to quickly clear any promises on the Overriding Payments list.
