Bank Entry; Outwards Cheque, ie Withdrawal, allows Printed column to be unchecked

In Bank Entry, after selecting an Outwards Cheque, eg a Withdrawal, the Printed column can be unchecked.

This caused problems in that finPOWER Connect currently does not support Cheque printing. Unprinted Cheques are not exported to General Ledger etc.

This has been changed so that the printed flag cannot be unchecked for outwards cheques in Bank Entry.
