Account Promises; not adding Promise Value to Account Transactions as expected
Account Promises may not add the Promise value to Account Transaction as expected.
This occurs when the Overdue balance of the Account is greater than or equal to the Account Balance. In this case the Promise value was adjusted and, if zero, not added as a Transaction. Now finPOWER Connect does not adjust the Promise value and therefore always sets it to the original Promise value.
