Account Payment Transfer wizard; To Transaction Notes now includes "Transferred from [AccountIdFrom], Bank Transaction #"

When transferring a payment from one Account to another using the Account Payment Transfer wizard, the Transfer To Transaction Notes now includes "Transferred from [AccountIdFrom], Bank Transaction #".

In addition you can now right click on fields to insert special tags for "[AccountIdTo]" and "[AccountIdFrom]".
