Saving Report Settings now warns if any of the saved parameters are calculated

A warning is now given when saving Report Settings if any of the saved parameters are calculated. The warning will appear in the message box if saving the Default Settings or in Save Report Settings wizard if saving other settings.

The warning alerts the user to the fact that certain parameters will be recalculated upon reloading the settings. A common parameter that is calculated is 'Date As At'.

If the user does not want the parameter to be calculated, they can edit the settings (once saved) and remove the 'Expression' that is defined for the parameter.
