Accounts fail to delete if Logs or Workflow Items have pointers to other items

Accounts fail to delete if Logs or Workflow Items have pointers to other items. This can occur when deleting an Account or via the Accept/ Decline wizard when the Account is being archived.

An example of this is an Account Log having a parent Log of another Account Log, e.g., the Account Log has been created using the 'Reply' action.

Another example is a Workflow Item that has been actioned and created a Log, e.g., when sending a Document.
