Reporting; Account Details report; 'Primary key does not exist in collection' error

When running the Account Details report and opting to include the 'Payment Details' section, a 'Primary key does not exist in collection' error would occur if the current User was not granted the 'Banking.ShowAccountDetails' permission key.
