Sending Email and SMS messages and documents; Current Email or SMS number not defaulting
When sending an Email or SMS message to an Account, Client or External Party, a list of valid Email addresses or SMS numbers is built. This list may contain non-current items, e.g., items that have expired. When defaulting the contents of one of these lists, the first item was always used regardless of whether it was current or not.
This behaviour has now been changed and the first current item is now defaulted. Also, an icon is now displayed if the contact method has a warning, e.g., it has expired.
The following forms have been updated:
- Send SMS Message wizard
- Send Email Message wizard
- Document Create wizard (e.g., Send Account Document) for Email and SMS type Documents
- Workflow Actions wizard (from Task Manager, Workflows, Email and SMS buttons)
