Credit Enquiry Add-On; Australian databases; Credit Enquiry wizard; Options page; Label not displaying correctly

When performing a Credit Enquiry for the VedaXMLAU service the 'Applicant Type' control was displaying on the 'Options' page when is should not have been visible.

It was displaying over top of the following label:
'Other Request Options and Verifications.'
