Report Templates; DateTime type Columns not formatting correctly

DateTime type Columns on a Report Template were not formatting correctly. They were treated as Date columns and not displaying the Time portion.

Also, the default column width for DateTime columns was incorrect and has been increased from 1200 to 1600 twips.
