Securities Register PPSR Add-On; New Zealand Databases; Security Statements form; PPSR page; Time portion controls have been added to the form for Financing Statement registration dates

Time portion controls have been added to the form for the following register dates:
Registered
Expires
Discharged

The following message was displayed when the user put the form into edit mode then clicked cancel edit and had not changed anything on the form:

You have made changes to the record.
Do you want to save the changes you have made?

This was because the dates received from the PPSR have a time portion but the dates on the Security Statement did not.
The time portion of the registration dates are now saved to the database.
