User filters; Accounts; If Account has filtered out Clients then cannot update the Clients grid or edit the Account if it is a quote.
Clients can be filtered out to users via User Groups.
If a Quote Account has at least one filtered out Client:
1. Cannot edit the quote account.
2. Cannot Accept or Decline the quote.
Non quote Accounts with at least one filtered out Client:
1. Clients Page
1.1 Cannot edit the clients page.
1.2 Displays limited Client details on the client page summary and a warning in the summary that the user doesn't have permission to view the Client.
2. Key Details page, Clients block
2.1 Displays a warning icon in the status column
2.2 Doesn't display the Address
3. Cannot Refinance the Account
4. Cannot delete the Account if it is still a quote.
