Security Register Add-On; Filtered out Accounts and Clients
Clients and Accounts can be filtered out for users via User Groups.
If a Security Statement has any filtered out Clients or Accounts (or Clients on a linked Account) then the User cannot amend the Security Statement.
If a Security Statement has one Client and no Accounts, and the Client is filtered out for the user then the Security Statement will not be available to the User.
If a Security Statement has one Account and no Clients and the Account is filtered out for the user then the Security Stmt will be able to be viewed by the User.
PPSR Add-On NZ.
If the Security Statement has any linked Clients or Accounts that are filtered out then a Financing Statement cannot be created therefore the user cannot perform any PPSR G2B transactions e.g.; View Financing Statement.
PPSR Add-On AU.
If the Security Statement has any linked Clients or Accounts that are filtered out then a Registration cannot be created therefore the user cannot perform any PPSR B2G transactions e.g.; View Registration.
