Accounts form; Interest block on Financial and Key Details pages updated to clarify Default Interest Rate

The Interest block on the built-in Account Financial and Key Details pages has been updated to clarify the Default Interest Rate.

If the Default Rate is set to a Fixed Rate, the rate displayed used to look something like:
Rate: 10%
This has been changed to (assuming the Interest Rate is 20%):
Rate: Fixed at 30% (charging 10%)

If the Default Rate is set to a Premium, the rate displayed used to look something like:
Rate: Premium of 10% (net 30%)
This has been changed to:
Rate: Premium of 10%

The builtin script "SummaryPage_Account_KeyDetails" has been updated to version 1.08.
The builtin script "SummaryPage_Account_Financial" has been updated to version 1.05.
