Reporting; Details reports; when run from the relevant form, grid layouts are now saved so they can be used by the report

Previously, changing the layout of a grid on a form, e.g., the Clients grid on the Accounts form, and then printing an Account Details report from the 'Print' Action, did not lay out the Clients sub-report as per the updated grid layout unless you first closed the Accounts form before running the report.

Now, when a Details report is printed, the grid settings are saved first.

NOTE: Grid settings are only saved in the User Preferences, User Interface, 'Save form layouts' option is checked.
