Business Layer dates now have fractions of a second removed by default
The following business layer methods now remove the fractions of a second portion of dates by default:
- isfinSupport.GetCurrentUtcDate
- ISUpdateQueryBuilder.SetDateTime
Both of these method have an optional 'fullPrecision' parameter which, if set to true will not remove fractions of a second from the dates.
The reason fractions of a second is now removed is that there are inconsistencies between how databases providers retrieve and filter on dates and how they are stored in the .NET framework which makes working with fractions of a second awkward.
