Business Layer wizard objects now have better validation of filter criteria

The following business layer wizard objects now validate filter parameters better, e.g., setting the EntityId to an invalid code will set the EntityPk to -1 which is then checked and the relevant error message displayed when refreshing or executing the object. Previously, the EntityPk will have been set to zero if an invalid EntityId was set thereby never filtering by Entity:

• Activate Accounting Ledgers
• Bank Lodgement
• Export General Ledger
• Process Direct Debit Payments
• Securitisation Allocation
