GetLongestCode method added to business layer for global collections and reports updated to size column widths

The following business layer global collections have been updated to add a 'GetLongestCode' method. This will return the length of the longest code (e.g., BranchId) on the collection:

In serveral reports, short column headers have been defined for where the longer header may not file, e.g., when displaying the Log Severity column in the Log list reports and sub-reports, a short header of '!' has been defined. This matches with the column header on the Logs grids.
