Database Users, Locks and Information form only shows current User connected to SQL Server database

The Database Users, Locks and Information form only shows the current User connected to a SQL Server database.

This is due to SQL Server 2005 and above tightening the permissions required for the sp_user system stored procedure used to build this list. Any user wishing to view connections other than their own must have the 'View Server State' permission.

A warning is now displayed upon opening this form if only a single 'Users' entry exists for a SQL Server database.
