Admin library global collections; may cause "Key does not exist in collection" error

Admin libraries such as External Parties are held as an in-memory collection for quick access (rather than having to query the database all the time).

However, when accessing the collection occassionally an error "An unhandled exception has occurred. Key does not exist in collection." occurs.

This occurs if the code includes a dash/ hypen "-" character.
