Database Purge; Archived Account purge updated

The Archived Account Database Purge has been updated as follows:

"Declined" and "Unwanted" archived Accounts now have a separate option from "Closed" archived Accounts.

Purging "Declined" and "Unwanted" archived Accounts now uses the "Date Opened" date to compare to the "On/before" date entered.

Purging "Closed" archived Accounts now uses the "Date Closed" date to compare to the "On/before" date entered.
