Accounts form; Financial summary page; Dates block; 'Opened' description may read '{unknown}'

The 'Opened' value in the Dates block on the Accounts, Financial summary page for the 'Opening' item may read '{unknown}'.

This is due to the 'Opening' date being retrieved from the Account's audit records which are not generated during a conversion.

For converted data, the 'Opened' value now reads 'Not available'.
