Account Processes; enhanced performance by not showing detailed progress information

The Account Processes wizard's performance has been enhanced by not showing detailed progress information when there are more than 1,000 items to process in a phase.

Each phase will only detail each Account etc, if there are less than 1,000 Accounts to process. If there are more than 1,000 Accounts only the progress bar will be updated, showing the amount of time remaining to complete the phase.

Each time the progress information is updated it takes approximately 2.8 milliseconds, and over 1,000 items this is 2.8 seconds. If there were 50,000 items in a phase this would add around 2 and a half minutes to the process.

Note, this change has also been made to the Process Direct Debit Payments and Export Bank Transaction wizards.
