"QuoteOnly" Permission key; expanded to include "LoanQuoteOnly" and "DepositQuoteOnly"

Two new permission keys have been added, "LoanQuoteOnly" and "DepositQuoteOnly". These complement the Permission key "QuoteOnly".

To open a Loan a User now has to have allow rights to both the "LoanQuoteOnly" and "QuoteOnly" permission keys. Similarly for Deposits, a User has to have allow rights to both the "DepositQuoteOnly" and "QuoteOnly" permission keys.

These Permission keys are both "Allow" by default, so you have to specifically "Deny" them.

This change allows Users to be set to allow Opening of Loans but not Deposits, and vice versa.

In addition, the New Deposit wizard now warns the user upon clicking Next on the Investment page if they can't "Open" a Deposit because they have selected an opening Bank Transaction payment type. Previously this warning did not appear until the end of the New Deposit wizard.
