Users form; clicking the Roles page may cause an error.
Clicking on the Roles page of the User form may cause the following error:

An unhandled exception has occurred.
At most one record can be returned by this subquery.
This error may also occur when clicking on the Users page of the Role form.
This was due to duplicate RoleUser records created when importing Roles.
This would have occurred when importing Roles from another database. Then importing the roles again and checking the 'Update exiting records' flag.
If the roles being imported had users flagged as 'InRole' then when updating existing role records, another RoleUser record was being added for each user 'InRole'.
NOTE: A record will only created for the Users that have the same Id as the imported RoleUsers.
