Moving between records in edit mode does not save field value

Moving between records in edit mode does not save the field value for number and date controls, e.g., updating the Securitisation Early Settlement Threshold Days for an External Party and then clicking the 'Next' record toolbar button does not save the value entered in the field unless you first tab to a different field.
