Reporting; Running reports that may produce a large number of results now displays a warning to the user

Running the following reports may now present the User with a similar warning to this:

This Report may include a large number of records. Consider specifying filters such as an Account or Date range to restrict the results. WARNING: If you continue, the report may cause system instabilities due to large memory use. Are you sure you want to continue?

Running Reports without entering any filters, eg a range of Accounts or a Date range, could cause the report to include all records in the database. Certain reports have been updated to warn the User if "common" filters for that report are not specified. The User can then choose to ignore the warning or amend the filters.

The following reports have been updated:

• Account Details
• Warns if no Account or Client filters specified and database record count > 1000
• Client Details
• Warns if no Client filters specified and database record count > 1000
• Security Statement Details
• Warrns if no Secruity Statement, Account or Client filters specified and database record count > 1000
• Account Log Details (and List)
• Warns if no Log filters, Account filters, and none of the Date range filters have 'From' dates and the database record count > 1000
• Client Log Details (and List)
• Warns if no Log filters, Client filters, and none of the Date range filters have 'From' dates and the database record count > 1000
• Security Statement Log Details (and List)
• Warns if no Log filters, Security Statement filters, and none of the Date range filters have 'From' dates and the database record count > 1000
• Security Statement Item Log Details (and List)
• Warns if no Log filters, Security Statement filters, and none of the Date range filters have 'From' dates and the database record count > 1000
• User Log Details (and List)
• Warns if no Log filters, User filters, and none of the Date range filters have 'From' dates and the database record count > 1000

This warning does not appear when running a Query or running the report from a Queue.
