Reporting; Parameter caption width for grid-based reports is too wide

The parameter caption width for grid-based reports is too wide and contains a large gap before the parameter control (e.g., textbox or listbox).

This applied to all grid-based reports, e.g., from clicking the 'Print' button beneath the Accounting Ledgers grid on the Activate Accounting Ledgers wizard.
